Poppers is a highly flammable liquid, so be careful with fire and cigarettes.
Poppers dilates the vessels, is antispasmodic and short acting.
Avoid in any case the mixture of Viagra and Poppers, it comes to a lowering of the heart rate, to breath depression. Caution, danger to life.
Caution in case of mucous membrane contact: Risk of burns!
Never drink the substance: danger of cardiac arrest!
When swallowing poppers only drink cold water, never make vomit, otherwise the oesophagus and throat may be burned even more. Call an emergency doctor immediately.
Caution Eye damage! Avoid poppers with the active ingredient (iso)propyl nitrite. It is suspected of causing partially irreversible visual disturbances. The “old” active substance amyl nitrite [also (iso)pentyl nitrite] does not seem to cause such damage. Some online shops now indicate the composition.
Do not use Poppers if you suffer from anemia, heart valve defects or cardiac arrhythmia, even after pneumonia or asthma.
A psychological dependence cannot be excluded.
At high dosage: danger of circulatory collapse.
Store in a dark and cool place, bring to room temperature before opening. Poppers is not indefinitely durable, the substance decomposes over time.
Remember that during the gymnastics there is a lack of oxygen in the brain which leads to headache. Then go out into the fresh air.

Interactions
In principle, the risks of mixed consumption are higher than those of mono-consumption; the body and psyche are subject to greater stress. Individual substance effects can be intensified or weakened and interactions can occur with a time delay. Completely unexpected effects are also possible.
Mixed use with other substances increases the already heavy burden on the cardiovascular system.
Poppers + alcohol / cannabis: Poppers are often combined with alcohol or cannabis. With increasing amount of alcohol / cannabis the already strong circulatory load increases, dizziness and nausea can occur.
Poppers + sexual enhancers: Never combine Poppers with Viagra, Cialis, Levitra or other sexual enhancers from the series of PDE-5 inhibitors. There is a danger to life, as there can be a strong drop in blood pressure up to fatal cardiovascular failure.
Poppers + other aphrodisiacs (e.g. Kava Kava or Damiana): strong cardiovascular stress possible.
Poppers + downer (e.g. heroin, ketamine, laughing gas, benzos): The attenuating effects of these substances are potentiated, there is an increased risk of unconsciousness, respiratory arrest and coma.
Poppers + GHB / GBL / BDO: Due to the strong blood pressure lowering and respiratory depressive effect of this combination, coma-like deep sleep, unconsciousness and respiratory paralysis may occur.
Poppers plus medicine: If you are taking medication for low blood pressure, epilepsy, angina pectoris, cardiovascular or respiratory diseases, you should never take inhaled substances. A combination of these substances can lead to a sudden and life-threatening drop in blood pressure. In particular, the use of nitrate-containing drugs such as NO donors (e.g. Nitrolingual spray) is very risky.
However, drugs that act like poppers on methaemoglobin formation can also have a negative effect (e.g. benzocaine from lozenges for sore throats or sulfonamides). There can be an undersupply of oxygen to the blood – headaches, cyanosis (blue discoloration of parts of the skin and mucous membranes) and unconsciousness are possible.
Many people find it difficult to maintain an erection with Poppers. Put the rubber on first and then start sniffing.
The combination of poppers with sexual enhancers (e.g. Viagra) is life-threatening (life-threatening drop in blood pressure).
Poppers disinhibits briefly – this makes unsafe sex more likely.
Poppers dilates the blood vessels in the ass and rectum. This increases the likelihood of small bleedings through which HIV, hepatitis and other sexually transmitted infections are transmitted.
Sex and poppers only work if there is mutual agreement and trust. Poppers relaxes the sphincter muscle, which makes fucking easier. Clarifies in advance, which sex practices are wanted by both and which not.
Consume only so much that you can defend yourself or still recognize defensive signals from your partner.
Before getting down to business, make sure you have enough safe sex paraphernalia (gloves, condoms, lubricant) ready.
Mind your body! If you see anything abnormal, go to a doctor immediately. Have yourself tested for sexually transmitted infections and vaccinated against hepatitis A/B every 6 months with different sex partners.
HIV & Poppers
Take drugs and HIV medication at staggered intervals. This may reduce interactions somewhat.
Dose drugs while taking medication always low. Often the night will be long – take enough drugs with you and keep your intake times.
Talk to your doctor about the interaction of your HIV drugs with intoxicants! There are no known dangerous interactions between poppers and HIV drugs.
Protease inhibitors can possibly increase the effectiveness of poppers – dose carefully!
